    Looking for Housing/Roommate

I am a grad student looking to secure a furnished space beginning January 2019 for spring semester. Ideally, I would like to live in Bryn Mawr or Ardmore. Utilities & laundry access included would be a plus. Also open to finding a fellow graduate student as a roommate.  Please email me at ccassi14@villanova.edu

Hi – I’m also looking for a place in January. I’m a 2nd degree BSN student at Eastern University. My current lease ends Jan 5th and I’m looking to move closer to school because I’m living in Philly at the moment. I’ve been looking for studios/1bedrooms in the Radnor-Bryn Mawr area so I would definitely be on the same page as far as location and laundry in unit is ideal for me as well. You can email me at jenna.nolechek@eastern.edu

House in Ardmore, steps from SEPTA station and Suburban Square

Room for rent in a house at $650 monthly, including utilities.  Located on the second floor of a walkup.  Shares a bathroom with two housemates.  Great cable TV package and effective WiFi throughout house.  Washer and dryer are in the basement, which is also available for storage.  Kitchen is shared.  Walking distance to Suburban Square shops and restaurants, and Trader Joe’s, as well as downtown Ardmore.  The house has ample off-street parking as well as a backyard with a fire pit and garden space.  The house is about 3.5 miles from Villanova, biking distance and close to the Ardmore stop on the Paoli-Thorndale line.

No smoking in the house and rental is month to month.

About the people: current housemates are personable guys in their 20’s and 30’s (rental is available for male or female). One is a graduate student at Villanova, one works in the city and is a graduate alumnus of Villanova, and one works in the restaurant business on the Main Line. The house is generally quiet – this is more of a drink some beers while chilling in the yard and not a party house. Everyone gets along well and it is a laid back, pleasant place to live.

If you are interested in one of the rooms, send an email to James with some basic information about yourself. He can be reached at j.holme19@yahoo.com
