This unit is conveniently located in Rosemont on Lancaster Avenue in the Radnor House Condominium Building. In addition to having a pool, it’s a short walk to an amazing grocery store (Mom’s) and trains – septa regional (R5) and 100 line. The R5 puts you within easy reach of many stops such as Paoli, Wayne, Ardmore, and Philadelphia. You are also a short walk from Villanova’s campus and the town of Bryn Mawr, which has many restaurants/bars, shops and a movie theatre.

The renovated kitchen has white-granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, a dishwasher, built in microwave, a fridge and a new oven range (the old oven range is pictured).

The unit comes fully furnished (some furniture differs from what is pictured , i.e. couches are different) The bedroom features a new closet with built in drawers, so a dresser is not needed, although there is ample space for one.

The view is excellent. The unit is on the 8th floor and on the top of a hill of its 22 acre property.
This unit faces the pool side of the building. The pool is a great perk of this building. There are also tables and several grills.
If you often travel to Philadelphia, the septa express trains reach Center City quickly. Also, the Friday and Saturday Septa schedule include late night trains.
There is plenty of parking in the building’s lot, and the apartment is located close to 476, which connects to 76 in a short amount of time, or 95.

Sorry, undergraduate students are not permitted to rent in this building, however graduate students are permitted.
Please note that when signing the lease I will require a security deposit (equal to one months rent), in addition to the first month’s rent and the last month’s rent. Only one year lease minimum are permitted in this association.

Application will include a credit check, pay stubs verification, and previous references from prior landlord.

FYI:
-The apartment is also fully furnished , however furniture will not be exactly what are pictured (couches are different).
-the unit is on the 8th floor, however the building is within earshot of the 100 line septa shuttle train. Since it is on the 8th floor and there are trees and a considerable distance between the building and the tracks, it is not loud. That being said, it is something you may notice when you live here but not a nuisance (in my opinion). The feedback I have received is that it’s an atmosphere conducive to studying.
-Utilities are ~$90-$120 a month. Please note that the building utilities are generally split up to cover common elements, and are averaged across units. In other words, for example,you will still have a utility bill if you turn off all electricity for a month within the unit.
-Coin laundry located in basement of the building.
