  • Location: 214 Lippincott Ave., Ardmore, PA 19003
  • Description: 
    • 3 separate bedrooms for rent on the third floor of our home – all share a bathroom. 
    • Renters can use the kitchen & laundry. 
    • The house is within walking distance to the Paoli/Thorndale train, and the Norristown High Speed Line (which goes to 69th street), a bus stop (1/2 a block away), shopping (Suburban Square & downtown Ardmore), etc.
    • WIFI included
    • Plenty of on street parking
    • Large lawn with fire pit.
    • Rooms are furnished with beds, linens, lamps, desk, chair, shelves, laundry basket, trashcans, and curtains.
    • Rooms have been recently painted & carpeted
  • Price: asking $600 each for the two larger rooms, $550 for the smaller room.
  • Restrictions: No smoking, we have a cat, month to month lease is fine although we prefer longer. Every renter will need to have a background check done given we will have foster kids in the home, but we will cover the cost of those.
