Bryn Mawr close Villanova; One or maybe two beautiful furnished rooms available

Dear potential tenants,

I have a room available at Radnor house from 05/22/2018 until 08/30/2018. It is a two-bedroom apartment with shared bathroom on the 9th floor and a huge living room, kitchen, floor, and balcony — includes also two storerooms (one for each tenant).

The apartment is furnished and has all the necessary appliances. There is also a laundry room in the basement floor.

I am traveling and most probably will be back by end of August/beginning of September when the fall semester starts. The rent is around $675/month excluding utilities and internet, which might reach up to an extra $50 at most. Radnor house is close to both the NHSL and regional train station where you can reach Philadelphia under 30 min. Furthermore, it is a just 10-minute walking distance to Villanova University or the Bryn Mawr College.

The tenant has to be a graduate student or a professional worker (mandatory for the sublease rules).

Rent: I know the rent is not less but for this area, location and the size of the accommodation, one of the cheapest what you can find here.

Second room: My roommate is not sure if he stays over the summer at the moment. If not, feel free to contact me if you have a friend or whatever to stay with. Otherwise, you will have the accommodation alone or maybe part time alone.

PS: I prefer to have a skype or videocall before because I am almost busy, and I don’t want to waste my time. Please contact me if you have further questions when you are really interested.

Please feel free to look into the picture folder and watch the two videos. Pictures say more than 1000 words.
